He is a globally recognised People Analytics and Strategic Workforce Planning specialist, working exclusively in these practices for over 10 years. He regularly works with organisations to design successful strategies for people analytics and strategic workforce planning, roll outs and change management.

Mike Everitt, Solution Consultant , Visier.
Mike Everitt has spent the last 20 years working for various HR software companies including PeopleSoft, Oracle, and now Visier. Examining the trends and requirements across all HR processes and with companies from all industries over this time has given him great insight into the people analytics needed by businesses to be successful. Mike specialises now in helping organisations to optimise the recruitment, deployment, and talent development of their people to mitigate risk, effectively monitor and control costs, and ensure they are happy, engaged, and adding value to the organisation
